  • In the context of connected care, mobile-enabled remote patient monitoring (RPM) involving connected diabetes devices and coaching has the potential to improve access to care and glycemic outcomes.
  • In the current randomized control trial (NCT02974816), we evaluate the short-term efficacy of mobile-enabled RPM implemented in an ambulatory diabetes clinic setting.
