Single Sign On Terms

Single Sign-On. By setting up Single Sign-On (“SSO”), Client agrees to enable the SSO for Client’s certain Authorized Users (as defined in the Master Agreement appearing here: https://glooko.com/masteragreement/) to authenticate access into the Glooko software through a third-party identity provider in addition to current Glooko passwords.

Third-Party Identity Providers. SSO allows Client to connect and use the relevant third-party identity provider’s products, services, or software to sign into Client’s instance of the Glooko software. To enable SSO, Client may be required to sign up or log into the services of such third-party identity providers on its respective website or application.

Client Obligations. Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and Client accounts, the setting up of SSO and configuration of third-party identity provider services. Client represents that it has the requisite expertise to evaluate the suitability of the SSO feature and it has in fact undertaken its own investigation of the suitability of the feature for Client’s purposes. Client has and will continue to rely upon its own skill and judgment in enabling SSO for its business purposes.

Third-Party Identity Provider Service Data. By enabling Glooko software to access the services of third-party identity providers, Client consents to Glooko providing certain information to the Client selected third-party identity provider and granting the third-party identity provider permission to access or otherwise process such information for the purposes of enabling SSO. Client acknowledges that its use of such third-party identity provider services is governed solely by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of such third-party identity provider. Glooko does not endorse, is not liable for, and makes no representations as to the third-party identity provider or its functionality or services, or the manner in which such third-party identity provider uses, stores, or processes Client data. Glooko is in no way liable for any damages or losses arising from or in connection with Client’s interaction with such third-party identity provider.

Access Rights. Glooko shall make available SSO to Client in accordance with these terms, and grants to Client a limited, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to allow its selected Authorized Users to access and use SSO solely for Client’s business purposes in its use of the Glooko software.

Availability. The availability of SSO depends on the availability of third-party identity provider’s services and their features and functionality. Client understands that Glooko does not control third-party identity provider’s features and functionality, and third-party identity provider may change its features and/or functionality related to SSO without any notice. Glooko shall not be liable to Client for any refunds or any damages or losses arising from or in connection with any changes made by any third-party identity provider.
