Thank you to everyone who connected with Glooko at the American Diabetes Association’s 2026 Scientific Sessions. Throughout the event, we were excited to share how Glooko is helping care teams simplify diabetes management across the care continuum, from inpatient glycemic management to optimizing diabetes care in the clinic.
By bringing diabetes data into existing clinical workflows, the outpatient Glooko diabetes management platform and inpatient EndoTool glucose management system help reduce data complexity, streamline decision-making, and give clinicians more time to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality patient care.

During our Product Theater session, The Connected Continuum: Reducing Clinician Burden Across Care Settings with EHR-Integrated Diabetes Data, clinical and operational leaders shared real-world perspectives on how connected diabetes data workflows can help care teams work more efficiently across settings, move from fragmented information to timely insights, support safer inpatient glycemic management, and deliver more coordinated outpatient care.
Whether you joined us in New Orleans or want to learn more about what we shared, our team would welcome the opportunity to continue the conversation.

The 2026 Glooko Diabetes Report is Here!
Each year, Glooko publishes its Global Diabetes Report to help advance the conversation around where diabetes care is headed and how connected data can support better, more efficient care. Because Glooko sits at the center of a broad diabetes data ecosystem spanning patients, providers, devices, clinics and inpatient glycemic management, we are uniquely positioned to identify real-world trends and surface insights that no single clinic, device or care setting could see alone. A few key insights from this year’s report include:
- More than 60 billion CGM readings flowed through the Glooko platform in 2025, creating a population-level view of glycemic trends and risk patterns.
- Glooko’s global scale now includes 1M+ active users, 9,000+ clinics and more than 30,000 active healthcare professional users.
- The report shows why Time in Range is important but not always sufficient, as patients who appear near target may still carry meaningful overnight hypoglycemia risk.
- EndoTool data extends the glycemic safety story into the hospital, including insights from more than 23,000 DKA/HHS runs and patient-specific dosing factors such as renal function, steroid exposure and diabetes type.
Together, these insights point to a clear next chapter for diabetes care: not more data for clinicians to sort through, but connected intelligence that helps care teams identify risk sooner, prioritize action and reduce burden at scale.
EndoTool is developed and marketed by Monarch Medical Technologies, a Glooko Company. EndoTool is an FDA-cleared Class II medical device indicated for inpatient use as described in its Instructions for Use. Glooko’s diabetes management platform and EndoTool are currently independent solutions. Patient-specific refers to EndoTool’s ability to use available patient information within the hospital’s electronic medical record to provide individualized insulin dosing recommendations. Recommendations are intended to assist, not replace, clinical judgment. All treatment decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider.
